A1. You will have to create a new password this time. Ashara credentials are erased from the
system. Refer Instructions for the
login and registration process.

A2. Any 2 members of the family are eligible.

Who can register from the family ?
A3. Anyone from the family can register any 2 family
members.

What if I have registered a wrong family number ?
A4. You can login to your account as many times and
edit the number , but before the cutoff date.
Q5. What if I have registered and incorrect
number ?
A5. Same as above ( A4 )

What will happen if multiple registrations are done by family members ?
A6. System will capture and save the last registered record.

What if I don’t have a WhatsApp number ?
A7. You will have to create your WhatsApp number or
you will not be registered to receive messages.

What if I have only one WhatsApp number in the family ?
A8. Doesn’t
matter you may register just one number. But we strongly recommend to register 2 numbers.

What if I am unable to register within the cutoff time ?
A9. The present groups will stop functioning after
16th September 2021, and you will not be able to receive any messages thereafter.

Are there any charges for this facility ?

are no charges.
